Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and hands on E Commerce Operations Executive who has experience managing end to end marketplace operations from the brand side. The ideal candidate should understand e commerce platforms deeply, be comfortable working with data, and have strong coordination skills across internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end to end order processing and dispatch operations across marketplace platforms

• Handle portal appointments, inwarding, and warehouse coordination

• Track inventory levels and create replenishment plans to avoid stock outs

• Monitor cancellations, returns, delivery escalations, and customer service related issues

• Maintain daily dispatch reports, order tracking sheets, and PO trackers

• Coordinate with internal teams, warehouse teams, and marketplace partners to ensure smooth execution

• Support billing and compliance related coordination through SAP

Required Skills and Experience

Marketplace Expertise

• Strong understanding of Amazon and Flipkart ecosystems

• Hands on experience with Vendor Central and Seller Central

• Familiarity with FBA, FBF, and Order Management Systems

Operational Skills

• Inventory planning and stock forecasting

• Order tracking and fulfillment management

• Return and claims handling

• Marketplace issue resolution

Technical Skills

• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel for analysis and reporting

• Good command over PowerPoint and Word

• Basic understanding of SAP for billing and operational compliance
