We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Assistant to support our day-to-day e-commerce operations. You'll be closely involved in the backend of running an online storefrom working with vendors and updating stock to preparing orders for shipment.

• Vendor & Supply Coordination Assist in managing vendor relationships, negotiating basics, and ensuring smooth communication.
• Purchasing & Inventory Place and track purchase orders, update stock levels, and help avoid out-of-stock issues.
• Order Management Support in processing, packing, and labeling customer orders to ensure accuracy and great unboxing experiences.
• Logistics Support Coordinate with courier and logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery updates.
• Marketplace Support Assist in updating product listings, stock, and order status across e-commerce platforms (e.g., website, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
• Operational Support Provide day-to-day assistance to the operations team to keep workflows running smoothly.

• Basic understanding of e-commerce processes (orders, inventory, vendors, logistics).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced online retail environment.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Freshers welcome! Prior experience in operations, e-commerce, or logistics is a bonus.
