Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Intern to support day-to-day online operations across marketplaces and internal systems. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to e-commerce processes and operations.

Key Responsibilites

  • Manage daily e-commerce operational tasks
  • Update and maintain product data, order details, and reports
  • Work on basic Excel tasks (data entry, sorting, filtering, simple formulas)
  • Draft and send professional emails to internal teams, vendors, and marketplace partners
  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for order processing
  • Track orders, returns, and customer issues
  • Support listing updates, pricing changes, and stock coordination
  • Maintain proper documentation and records

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel (mandatory)
  • Good email drafting and written communication skills (mandatory)
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (Amazon/Flipkart/website preferred but not compulsory)
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks
  • Graduate / final-year student preferred (freshers can apply)
