About the RoleWe are looking for a results-driven E-Commerce Meta & Google Ads Expert to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in planning, managing, and scaling performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads for e-commerce brands.
You will be responsible for driving sales, ROAS, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through strategic paid marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns for e-commerce brands
- Manage campaigns across:
- Meta Ads (Conversions, Catalog, Retargeting, Dynamic Ads)
- Google Search Ads
- Google Shopping Ads
- Performance Max Campaigns
- Display & YouTube Ads
- Drive online sales, lead generation, and revenue growth through paid media
- Scale campaigns while maintaining profitable ROAS and lowering CAC/CPA
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword planning
- Create and optimize retargeting funnels for abandoned carts and repeat purchases
- Collaborate with creative teams on:
- Ad creatives
- UGC ads
- Video performance ads
- Landing page optimization
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics:
- ROAS
- CPA/CAC
- CTR
- CPC
- Conversion Rate
- AOV
- Implement A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and ad copies
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Stay updated with the latest Meta & Google Ads trends, algorithm updates, and best practices
Requirements 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Meta & Google Ads for e-commerce/D2C brands
Proven track record of managing and scaling performance campaigns
Strong understanding of:
- Meta Pixel
- Conversion API (CAPI)
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Conversion tracking & attribution
Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon Ads, or e-commerce platforms preferred
Strong analytical and performance-driven mindset
Ability to manage multiple accounts and ad budgets effectively
Preferred Skills Experience with Amazon Ads
Knowledge of landing page CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
Experience in healthcare, wellness, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle e-commerce brands
Understanding of creative testing and UGC ad formats
