As we scale, we are looking for a sharp E-Commerce Merchandising Manager who will take ownership of how products are curated, positioned, and showcased across the VYLA platform.

This role is central to shaping the digital storefront experience for thousands of customers.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for what customers see first on VYLA.

From Fresh Drops to Best Sellers, Featured Collections to Homepage Edits, you will decide how inventory is curated and displayed to maximise both customer experience and sales performance.

You will work closely with the founder and growth team to ensure VYLA always feels curated, premium, and trend-relevant.

Key Responsibilities

Product Curation & Merchandising

Curate Fresh Drops / New Arrivals

Identify and showcase Best Selling products

Build seasonal edits and featured collections

Ensure the platform feels clean, premium and uncluttered

Homepage & Category Merchandising

Decide which products appear on homepage sections

Manage product ordering across categories

Highlight high-conversion SKUs and trending items

Performance Analysis

Monitor product performance including:

  • Sales velocity
  • Conversion rates
  • Add-to-cart behaviour
  • Inventory depth

Continuously optimise product placements based on insights.

Trend & Brand Insight

Identify emerging fashion trends across VYLA brands

Spot potential winning products early

Collaborate with the team to create strong merchandising narratives

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who understands both fashion and data.

You should have:

13 years experience in fashion e-commerce or merchandising

Strong understanding of online shopping behaviour

Good analytical thinking with ability to identify winning products

Strong aesthetic sense for fashion curation and presentation

Experience working with Shopify, marketplaces, or fashion platforms is a plus.
