Emerging Markets Specialist Partner Program Master Data Operations

Location: Gurgaon, India

Contract Type: Third-Party Contract (1 Year)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Master Data Specialist to manage master data operations for our Partner Program across third-party eCommerce platforms. This role ensures accurate and complete product cataloguing, enabling seamless and timely go-live of products. The ideal candidate will coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely image shoots and full eCommerce readiness—driving growth in emerging markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Master Data Management: Create, maintain, and enrich product master data across all third-party eCommerce platforms.
  • Platform Readiness: Ensure all SKUs are live with accurate descriptions, imagery, specifications, and attributes to maximize visibility and sales.
  • Catalog Operations: Work with internal teams and partners to streamline cataloguing processes tailored to emerging market needs.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with external agencies for timely, high-quality product image shoots and uploads.
  • Quality Assurance: Audit listings to ensure compliance with brand and platform standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support new launches and promotions in collaboration with category managers, content, and regional teams.
  • Reporting & Insights: Track KPIs on onboarding, data quality, and image delivery; provide insights for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in eCommerce operations, cataloguing, or master data management.
  • Familiarity with third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Ajio) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data tools; PIM experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Understanding of eCommerce best practices and merchandising.
  • Knowledge of online marketplace content and image standards.
  • Experience in fast-paced, multinational environments.
