Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of E-Commerce - Marketplaces to lead and scale our marketplace and quick commerce strategy across key platforms in India, including Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Blinkit, and Zepto. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large budgets and scaling startups in the beauty and personal care segment. This role requires strong marketplace expertise, an analytical mindset, and the ability to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketplace Management: Oversee and optimize our presence on major marketplaces and quick commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto).
- Revenue Growth: Develop strategies to scale revenue, improve rankings, and maximize brand visibility across all platforms.
- Budget Handling: Manage and allocate a significant budget for marketplace ads, promotions, and campaigns, ensuring high ROI.
- Inventory & Pricing: Collaborate with internal teams to manage product listings, pricing strategies, inventory, and fulfillment for all platforms.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance metrics (sales, traffic, conversion rates) to make data-driven decisions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce initiatives.
- Scaling Startups: Utilize prior experience in scaling startups, especially in the beauty and personal care industry, to drive exponential growth.
- Platform Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with account managers on various platforms to leverage new opportunities and features.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in E-commerce, with a focus on managing marketplaces and quick commerce platforms.
- Extensive experience working with Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto, and other relevant platforms in India.
- Strong knowledge of the beauty and personal care sector.
- Proven ability to handle large budgets and achieve strong ROI.
- Experience scaling startups and driving growth in a highly competitive market.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
