E-Commerce Manager (Part-time)

What you'll do:
You'll help us keep oure-commerce operations smoothand ourdigital sales channels growing, collaborating with our marketing, logistics, and product teams.
Marketplace & Store Management
- Manage and update product listings onAmazon,Shopify, and other online marketplaces.
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, and keywords for better visibility.
- Monitor stock levels, pricing, and order flow across all platforms.
- Coordinate with suppliers and warehouses to ensure timely fulfillment and inventory accuracy.
- Generate product and sales reports to track performance.
Logistics & Customer Support
- Coordinate order status updates, returns, and issue resolutions.
- Communicate with warehouses, carriers, and customers as needed.
- Ensure all shipments are properly tracked and completed.
Who you are:
- 2+ years of experience inE-Commerce Operations, ideally withAmazon Seller CentralandShopify.
- Familiar withdigital marketing basics(PPC, Facebook/TikTok Ads, or similar).
- Comfortable coordinating logistics and working with international suppliers.
- High attention to detail, reliability, and accountability.
- Proficient withGoogle Sheets/Exceland task management tools (Asana, Trello, etc.).
- Able to work independently and meet daily/weekly goals across time zones.

- You've successfully supported or managedAmazon or Shopify stores.
- You've helped improve e-commerce or logistics processes.
- You're proactive, curious, and enjoy learning new digital tools (AI, analytics, ads, etc.).
