E-commerce / Marketplace Account Executive

Experience: Fresher to 2 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Create and register seller accounts on online marketplaces (Houzz, Amazon, Etsy, etc.), including documentation and verification
• Create and update product listings: titles, descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing
• Do bulk product uploads with Excel/CSV templates
• Manage inventory, pricing, and order updates on all platforms
• Communicate with marketplace seller support teams over email to resolve issues
• Monitor account health, performance metrics, and policy compliance
• Track and coordinate order processing and shipping updates
• Keep account records, logins, and reports organized

Requirements

• Graduate in any stream (B.Com, BBA, BCA, or similar)
• Basic understanding of how online marketplaces work
• Good written English for email communication with international platforms
• Working knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong attention to detail and good organization

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Hands-on experience creating seller accounts or listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Etsy, or similar platforms
• Exposure to US marketplaces (Amazon.com, Etsy, Wayfair, Houzz)
• Basic knowledge of Shopify or other e-commerce tools
• Understanding of product photography and image requirements
