Role Overview

We are looking for a performance-driven E-commerce Marketing Specialist who can own and scale our online sales channels. This role is ideal for someone who understands digital consumer behavior, thrives on data, and can execute high-impact campaigns across marketplaces and D2C platforms.

You will be responsible for driving traffic, improving conversions, and maximizing revenue across e-commerce channels.

Key Responsibilities

1.Marketplace Management

  • Manage and optimize listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Instamart, Blinkit and other marketplaces
  • Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory
  • Monitor platform analytics to improve visibility and sales

2.Performance Marketing

  • Plan and execute paid campaigns (Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads)
  • Optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates
  • Continuously A/B test creatives, copies, and landing pages

3.Conversion Rate optimization (CRO)

  • Improve product page performance with better content, visuals, and messaging
  • Analyze customer journey and remove drop-off points
  • Collaborate with design/content teams for high-converting creatives

4.Data & Analytics

  • Track KPIs like traffic, conversion rate, AOV, and revenue
  • Generate actionable insights from tools like Google Analytics, marketplace dashboards
  • Build weekly/monthly performance reports

5.Inventory & Pricing Strategy

  • Coordinate with operations to maintain stock availability
  • Implement dynamic pricing strategies based on competition and demand
  • Avoid stockouts and overstocking

6.Customer Expirence

  • Monitor reviews, ratings, and customer feedback
  • Work on strategies to improve ratings and reduce returns
  • Ensure smooth end-to-end customer journey

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce.
  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central / Flipkart Seller Hub
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing and analytics
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and ad platforms
  • Basic understanding of SEO for product listings
  • Strong problem-solving and data interpretation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in D2C brands or health-tech/consumer electronics
  • Knowledge of CRO tools and heatmaps (Hotjar, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Shopify or similar platforms
