About Us

We are a fast-growing organization focused on expanding our digital commerce presence across leading online marketplaces and direct-to-consumer channels. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented E-Commerce Manager who can drive online sales, optimize marketplace performance, and scale revenue through platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other leading e-commerce channels.

The Role

The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for managing and growing our online business across multiple marketplaces and digital sales channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketplace operations, digital merchandising, advertising, inventory planning, and customer experience management.

The role requires a hands-on professional who can independently manage seller accounts, improve product visibility, optimize conversions, and drive sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management

  • Manage and grow business across Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other online marketplaces.
  • Monitor seller account health and ensure compliance with platform policies and performance standards.
  • Optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and content to improve visibility and conversions.
  • Coordinate with marketplace account managers to improve sales opportunities and platform visibility.

Sales Growth & Revenue Management

  • Develop and execute marketplace growth strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and market opportunities.
  • Drive business through promotional campaigns, festive sales, flash deals, and platform-specific marketing initiatives.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Digital Advertising & Promotions

  • Manage Amazon Advertising, Flipkart Ads, and other marketplace marketing campaigns.
  • Optimize PPC campaigns, ROAS, ACOS, and overall advertising performance.
  • Monitor competitor pricing, offers, and market trends.

Inventory & Catalog Management

  • Ensure accurate product listings and catalog management across all platforms.
  • Coordinate inventory planning to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent stock-outs.
  • Monitor inventory aging and recommend liquidation strategies.
  • Manage product launches and new category expansions.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track key performance indicators including sales, traffic, conversion rates, advertising performance, and profitability.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly business reports with actionable insights.
  • Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and marketplace intelligence.

Customer Experience & Operations

  • Monitor customer feedback, ratings, and reviews to maintain excellent seller performance.
  • Resolve marketplace-related operational issues, returns, refunds, and customer complaints.
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and customer support teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Team & Vendor Coordination

  • Work closely with marketing, design, content, operations, and warehouse teams.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and marketplace representatives.
  • Train and guide team members on marketplace best practices and performance optimization.

Qualifications

Experience

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in E-Commerce Management, Marketplace Management, or Digital Commerce.
  • Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and other leading e-commerce platforms.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving online sales growth and marketplace profitability.

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Advertising, Flipkart Ads, and marketplace marketing tools.
  • Experience with catalog management, inventory planning, and marketplace analytics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, or other e-commerce platforms is an added advantage.
