We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving online sales and enhancing the customer experience in the e-commerce space.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create and optimize online campaigns.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure product availability on the platform.
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor performance metrics and generate reports for stakeholders.
- Work with IT and web development teams to enhance website functionality and optimize for conversions.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in e-commerce management or related field.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).
- Proficient in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing.
- Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Language: English, Kannada Mandatory
