Role Description

As an E-Commerce Manager at Shubham Furnitures Pvt Ltd, you will oversee and optimize our online sales platforms while developing strategies to enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth. Your daily responsibilities will include managing e-commerce operations, analyzing sales data, and implementing effective marketing campaigns targeted at our diverse customer base. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of our e-commerce initiatives with our broader business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in E-Commerce and Marketing to manage online sales platforms and develop innovative digital strategies
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively coordinate with internal teams, customers, and external partners
• Proven Sales experience to drive e-commerce revenue and strengthen customer relationships
• Sharp Analytical Skills to analyze data, track performance, and make data-driven decisions
• Ability to adapt to changes quickly and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
• Knowledge of the furniture and manufacturing industry is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
