As we expand our presence in lab-grown diamond jewellery across global e-commerce marketplaces, we are looking for a hands-on professional who understands both the jewellery business and marketplace-led selling.
This role is ideal for someone who has already built, managed, and scaled jewellery brands on platforms like Etsy, Amazon USA, eBay, and similar global marketplaces.
The Role
As an E-commerce Manager, you will own and grow Savani Jewellerys lab-grown diamond jewellery presence across international marketplaces. This is a business-driven role, not a generic digital marketing position.
You will be responsible for product listings, marketplace strategy, conversions, visibility, pricing, and performance from catalogue to order fulfillment coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and scale jewellery storefronts on Etsy, Amazon USA, eBay, and similar platforms
- Create and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords, pricing) specific to lab-grown diamond jewellery
- Drive organic and paid visibility within marketplace ecosystems (SEO, ads, promotions)
- Analyze sales performance, conversion rates, AOV, and marketplace analytics
- Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, pricing, inventory, and dispatch timelines
- Understand and apply US & global customer expectations for fine and lab-grown jewellery
- Handle marketplace compliance, reviews, ratings, and customer experience standards
Who Should Apply
- 37+ years of hands-on experience selling jewellery on global e-commerce marketplaces
- Proven experience with lab-grown diamond jewellery (strongly preferred)
- Deep understanding of Etsy, Amazon USA, eBay algorithms and seller dashboards
- Experience managing international customers, pricing, and jewellery catalogues
- Strong analytical mindset with a business-growth orientation
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, execution-focused environment
