Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings across Amazon, Blinkit, PharmEasy, Shopify, and other online marketplaces.
- Monitor inventory levels, product availability, pricing, and promotional activities to ensure optimal marketplace performance.
- Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing marketplace campaigns, promotions, and sales events.
- Support digital marketing and performance marketing initiatives to drive traffic and sales growth.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve product visibility and search rankings.
- Track and analyze sales performance, website traffic, conversion rates, and other key performance metrics.
- Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and marketing teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Generate and maintain regular reports on sales performance, inventory status, campaign results, and marketplace metrics.
- Ensure product information, images, descriptions, and content are accurate, updated, and aligned with brand guidelines.
