E-Commerce Manager (D2C – WooCommerce)

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time on-site E-Commerce Manager specializing in D2C operations through WooCommerce, based in Calicut Kerala.. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end e-commerce platform operations, implementing strategies to drive sales growth, and analyzing market trends. Daily responsibilities will include overseeing online sales activities, optimizing website performance, enhancing customer experiences, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment processes.

• Knowledge of marketing strategies, logistics, and inventory management is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
