Job Description

Role summary:

The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for driving online sales growth and achieving business targets through E-commerce platforms and online marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Mattress, Furniture, FMCG, Consumer Durable, or Lifestyle industries with a proven track record in target-based E-commerce sales management.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual online sales targets.

Drive business growth through Ecommerce services, and other platforms.

Develop sales strategies to maximize online revenue and profitability.

Handle marketplace account management and maintain strong platform relationship.

Monitor daily sales performance, pricing, stock availability, and order fulfillment.

Coordinate with warehouse, supply chain, and finance teams for smooth operations.

Plan and execute sales promotions, offers, and business growth activities.

Analyze sales trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

Ensure proper inventory planning and minimize stock-out situations.

Handle returns, cancellations, claims, and operational escalations effectively.

Prepare MIS reports and present sales performance to management.

Lead and manage the E- Commerce operations team to achieve business objectives.

Qualification and Required Skills:

Masters / Bachelor's degree in business administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 10+ years of experience in E-commerce Sales and Online Marketplace Management.

Preferred experience in Mattress, Furniture, FMCG, Consumer Durable, or Lifestyle industry.

Proven experience in handling large-scale online sales operations and achieving business targets.

Strong sales and target achievement capability.

Expertise in E-commerce marketplace operations and online business growth.

Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Good knowledge of MS Excel, online sales analytics, and reporting.

Ability to manage high-volume sales operations and aggressive business targets.

Strong communication and coordination skills.
