We are a fast-growing manufacturing and e-commerce company operating multiple successful D2C brands (including NeutraVed and VY VedaYug) in the natural products, herbal cosmetics, and spices segment. With a large catalog of 600+ SKUs and a multi-state fulfillment network, we are looking for a data-driven, highly analytical E-commerce Manager & Amazon PPC Expert to lead our marketplace growth strategy.
If you have a proven track record of optimizing high-volume accounts, managing massive ad spends, and cracking the Amazon A10 algorithm, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities- Marketplace Management: End-to-end management of Amazon India (and other marketplaces like Flipkart). Maintain account health, buy box, and listing hygiene.
- PPC & Advertisement: Plan, execute, and optimize advanced Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display). Drive aggressive sales growth while maintaining a healthy ACoS/TACoS.
- SEO & Listing Optimization: Conduct rigorous keyword research and competitor analysis to optimize product titles, backend keywords, bullet points, and A+ content.
- Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination: Monitor stock levels across 10+ Fulfillment Centers (FCs) to prevent stock-outs and coordinate with the manufacturing/warehouse team.
- Data & Analytics: Generate detailed daily/weekly MIS reports on sales, ad performance, traffic, and SKU-level profitability using Excel/Power BI.
Requirements & Qualifications- Experience: 3 to 6+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale Amazon Seller Central accounts.
- PPC Mastery: Deep understanding of bidding strategies, keyword harvesting, campaign structuring, and PPC automation tools.
- Algorithm Knowledge: Thorough understanding of Amazon's search algorithm (A10), ranking factors, and organic visibility drivers.
- Analytical Skills: Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data interpretation. Experience with Power BI is a huge plus.
- Proactive Attitude: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take complete ownership of marketplace metrics.
