E-commerce Intern

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Intern to support our growing online business operations. The candidate will work closely with the marketing, operations, and marketplace teams to improve product visibility, sales, and customer experience across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings on marketplaces and website (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Instamart, etc.) 

• Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and pricing for better visibility and conversions 

• Coordinate inventory updates and monitor stock availability across platforms 

• Track orders, returns, cancellations, and customer queries to ensure smooth operations 

• Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, offers, and festive sales 

• Analyze marketplace performance, sales trends, and competitor activities 

• Prepare daily/weekly reports for sales, ads performance, and inventory status 

• Work with the design team for banners, creatives, and product content requirements 

• Help maintain marketplace hygiene including ratings, reviews, and account health metrics 

• Support quick-commerce operations and stock planning based on demand forecasting 

• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for dispatch and fulfillment-related tasks 

• Assist in running and monitoring marketplace ads and promotional tools 

Skills & Requirements

• Basic understanding of E-commerce and online marketplaces 

• Strong communication and coordination skills 

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets 

• Detail-oriented with analytical thinking 

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment 

• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or Shopify is a plus 

• Interest in D2C brands, digital marketing, and online sales 

Preferred Candidate

• Pursuing or recently completed graduation in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields 

• Passionate about E-commerce, startups, and brand building 

• Self-motivated and eager to learn

Internship Details

• Duration: 3–6 Months 

• Internship Type: Full-time

• Stipend: up to 15K/month

• Based on performance, the candidate may be offered a full-time permanent position at the company.
