Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, website, etc.)
• Update product descriptions, pricing, and inventory details
• Monitor orders, returns, and customer queries
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for smooth order processing
• Support in running promotional campaigns and offers
• Analyze sales data and prepare basic reports
• Ensure product images and content are accurate and up to date
• Assist in marketplace optimization and SEO for product listings
