E-Commerce Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing product listings across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and other marketplaces
• Ensure product information, images, pricing, and descriptions are accurate and up to date
• Support in inventory tracking and coordination with the operations team
• Monitor daily sales performance and prepare basic reports
• Help in executing promotional campaigns, offers, and discounts on various platforms
• Coordinate with internal teams like marketing, design, and customer support
• Track competitor activities and market trends
• Assist in handling customer queries and resolving basic issues

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong interest in e-commerce and digital platforms
• Basic understanding of online marketplaces is a plus
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
