Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-orientedE-commerce Internto support our online business operations across marketplaces and websites. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-world e-commerce operations, product management, digital marketing, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist inproduct listing creation and optimizationon platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, or Shopify
- Upload and manageproduct data(titles, descriptions, images, pricing, EAN/SKU)
- Supportorder processing, tracking, and coordination with logistics partners
- Monitorinventory levelsand assist in stock reconciliation
- Help analyzesales performance, traffic, and conversion datausing Excel / Google Sheets
- Assist in executingpromotions, deals, and campaignson marketplaces
- Coordinate withdesign, marketing, and operations teamsfor day-to-day tasks
- Handle basiccustomer queries, returns, and ratings & reviews monitoring
- Support documentation, MIS reports, and daily operational reporting
Skills & Requirements
- Basic understanding ofe-commerce platforms and online selling
- Proficiency inMS Excel / Google Sheets(VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables is a plus)
- Good written and verbalcommunication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Pursuing or completedBachelor's degreein Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
Preferred (Good to Have)
- Exposure toAmazon Seller Central / Flipkart Seller Hub / Shopify
- Basic knowledge ofdigital marketing, SEO, or ads platforms
- Understanding ofpricing, margins, and e-commerce metrics
