About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused
E-Commerce Implementation Specialist to manage the end-to-end deployment of e-commerce solutions for Sioniq clients, with a focus on jewellery businesses.
This role is integral to delivering seamless digital commerce experiences by ensuring effective integration between
e-commerce platforms, ERP systems, and retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead client onboarding and requirement analysis, ensuring clear understanding of business needs
- Configure and implement e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento
- Oversee product catalog setup, including pricing, attributes, and categorization
- Manage ERP integration for real-time inventory and order synchronization
- Configure payment gateways and shipping workflows
- Conduct system testing, UAT, and client demonstrations
- Ensure smooth and timely go-live execution with minimal disruptions
- Provide post-implementation support and recommend process improvements
Qualifications & Skills
- 36 years of experience in e-commerce implementation or digital project execution
- Strong understanding of end-to-end e-commerce workflows (catalog, cart, checkout, order management)
- Hands-on experience with ERP integrations and API-based systems
- Familiarity with leading e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento)
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Experience
- Experience working in retail or jewellery domain
- Understanding of jewellery-specific pricing models (weight-based pricing, making charges, stone valuation)
- Exposure to omnichannel retail environments
