Job Title: Online Finance Manager (E-Commerce Finance Manager -Reconciliation Focus)

CTC: 8 - 10 LPA (depending on the key skills)

Role Overview:

As our Online Finance Manager with a focus on reconciliation, you will play a crucial

role in creating robust SOPs for our online finance operations. You will ensure the

smooth and accurate reconciliation of transactions across multiple online platforms

like Myntra, Flipkart, and Amazon, and implement live reconciliation systems using

tools like Unireco and FinOS.

What We're Looking For:

5 -8 years of experience in online finance management, with a strong focus on

reconciliation.

Experience in statutory compliances in fields of GST, Provident fund, ESI , TDS, Income

tax and Professional tax.

Working experience in bulk upload of tally data for E-com business and maintaining

records as per the statutory guidelines adhere to.

Proven track record of claiming for lost or damaged products with various online

portals.Proficiency in tools like Unireco, FinOS, and Tally, with the ability to correlate and

streamline finance processes.

An analytical mindset and a proactive approach to leveraging technology for eiciency.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-

paced, scaling environment.
