Role Overview -

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce FBA Executive to support our operations on Amazon FBA and other marketplaces. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who want to build their career in E-commerce operations and logistics management.

Key Responsibilities -

1) Shipment Creation: Prepare and create shipments on Amazon FBA and other platforms.

2) Shipment Tracking: Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery to fulfillment centers.

3) Inventory Planning: Maintain stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and avoid out-of-stock situations.

4) Return Management: Track returns, process claims, and update status in the system.

5) Excel Reporting: Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports using MS Excel.

Skills Required -

1) Basic knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, formatting, basic formulas).

2) Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

3) Good communication and coordination skills.

4) Ability to learn quickly and adapt to E-commerce processes.
