E-Commerce Executive (Wellness Industry)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Executive to support live-selling activities, content creation, and e-commerce operations. You will be responsible for preparing live sessions, creating promotional teasers, supporting the host during live broadcasts, and ensuring product information, stock, pricing, and promotions are accurate across online platforms.

Location: Jurong East
Working hours: Based on rostered schedule

Responsibilities:

• Prepare live-selling sessions, including schedules, products, pricing, promotions, and technical setup.

• Create teaser content and promotional posts for upcoming live sessions.

• Support the host during live sessions by managing comments, customer questions, and audience engagement.

• Ensure product listings, stock availability, pricing, and promotional details are accurate.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• Hands-on experience with content creation and editing tools such as Canva and CapCut Pro, with basic photography, videography, and video-editing skills.

• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, e-commerce, or a related role.

• Familiar with social media platforms, e-commerce marketplaces, and digital marketing tools.
