Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-commerce Executive at Venivo Sports, located in Thiruvananthapuram. The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for managing e-commerce operations, maintaining customer accounts, driving sales, analyzing performance metrics, and managing a team. The role also involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless purchasing experience for customers.

• Experience in Account Management and managing customer profiles effectively.
• Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to achieve revenue targets and build customer relationships.

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities are essential.
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and tools is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
