Objectives of this role
- Develop and implement effective e-commerce growth strategies.
- Manage and maintain e-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing and inventory management.
Your tasks
- List products on various e-commerce platforms, manage orders delivery.
- Analyse data and generate reports to track e-commerce performance.
- Monitor customer feedback, reviews and ratings.
Required skills and qualifications
- 3+ years of working experience in various e-commerce platforms such as Amazon.
- Strong expertise in managing product listings, inventory management, pricing strategies, and other e-commerce operations to optimise product visibility, customer engagement, and sales conversion.
- Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
- Experience managing platforms such as Shopify, Magento, and/or WooCommerce.
Preferred skills and qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in e-commerce, digital marketing, business administration, or a related field.
Compensation - 4 LPA to 5 LPA
