Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai for an E-commerce Executive. The role involves managing timely order fullfillment, handling the warehouse, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and logistics. The E-commerce Executive will also be responsible for a seamless customer experience and managing returns, exchanges and stock movement. Responsibilities include online product listings, optimizing the e-commerce platform, and driving sales strategies to meet organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Past experience in Warehouse Management and Logistics
• Experience using tools like Shopify, Shiprocket and Shipway.
• MIS reports and perfect inventory management
• Ability to handle Team Management tasks to guide and drive a team towards achieving business objectives
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of trends and best practices in e-commerce is a strong advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
