Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our brand's presence across leading online marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in e-commerce operations within the personal care or beauty industry, with hands-on experience in managing listings, orders, inventory, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management:

  • Handle backend operations across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, TATA CLiQ, Nykaa, Ajio, Shopify, etc.
  • Create, update, and maintain product listings with high accuracy and consistency.
  • Regularly refresh product images and content to ensure listings remain competitive and attractive.

Order Management

  • Monitor incoming orders for accuracy in pricing and product details.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely order fulfillment as per marketplace SLAs.
  • Liaise with account managers from marketplaces to resolve operational challenges.

Inventory Management

  • Manually or automatically update stock levels across all platforms.
  • Monitor fast-moving SKUs and coordinate restocking to avoid stock-outs.
  • Analyze sales trends to optimize inventory planning.

Daily Operations & Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, accounts, and customer support for smooth e-commerce functioning.
  • Ensure alignment between marketplace activities and brand goals.

Reporting

  • Prepare and share Daily Sales Reports (DSR).
  • Conduct in-depth sales performance analysis to support decision-making.

Warehouse Coordination

  • Track and ensure timely dispatch of B2B and B2C orders as per defined TAT and SLA.

Marketing & Promotions

  • Support in executing digital marketing activities like Product Listing Ads (PLA), Amazon Marketing Services (AMS), Flipkart Ads, etc.
  • Assist in implementing visibility-boosting strategies to meet platform-specific targets.

Sales Growth

  • Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay updated with trends and developments in the e-commerce ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the personal care or beauty industry.
  • Strong knowledge of leading marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, Tata CLiQ, and Shopify.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and tools like Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
