This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India for an E-commerce Lead. The E-commerce Lead will be responsible for managing and optimizing the company's online sales platforms, creating and implementing e-commerce strategies, analyzing sales data, and improving user experience. The role involves coordinating with various teams, managing product listings, overseeing digital marketing efforts, and ensuring smooth online purchasing processes for customers. Collaboration with logistics and support teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction will also be integral to this role.

• Experience in e-commerce operations, platform management, and optimizing online sales processes
• Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
• Strong analytical skills to analyze sales data and improve performance
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills for managing products and logistics
• Familiarity with online tools and platforms for managing product listings and customer interactions
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in retail, e-commerce, or a related field is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field is beneficial
