Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven E-Commerce Executive (13 years experience) who can independently manage and scale our presence across leading e-commerce marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in product listing optimization and marketplace PPC advertising, with a clear focus on driving organic visibility, conversions, and ROAS. Exposure to B2B marketplace listings will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketplace & Product Listing Optimization (Primary Responsibility)

  • Manage end-to-end product listings across Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, and attributes to improve organic rankings and discoverability.
  • Create and maintain high-quality catalogs including A+ / Enhanced Brand Content.
  • Regularly audit listings for content accuracy, compliance, suppression issues, and catalog health.
  • Monitor competitor listings, pricing, and keyword trends to identify growth opportunities.

2. Marketplace Advertising & PPC Management (Primary Responsibility)

  • Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns on Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
  • Perform keyword mining, bid optimization, search term analysis, and budget allocation to improve ROAS, ACOS, and overall sales growth.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, ACOS, TACOS, and make data-driven optimizations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for ad creatives, banners, and promotional assets.

3. Promotions, Deals & Growth Activities

  • Plan and execute marketplace promotions, deals, lightning offers, coupons, and sale events.
  • Ensure timely participation in Amazon & Flipkart sale events.
  • Support new product launches with listing optimization and ad strategies.

4. B2B Marketplace Management (Preferred)

  • Manage basic product listings on B2B platforms such as IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Alibaba, or similar.
  • Handle catalog uploads, product optimization, and inquiry coordination.

  • Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataHawk, SellerApp (or similar)
  • Amazon Brand Analytics & Search Term Reports

Analytics & Reporting

  • Amazon Business Reports
  • Flipkart Sales & Ads Reports
  • Google Analytics (basic understanding)
  • Excel / Google Sheets (data analysis & reporting)

Content & Catalog Management

  • Bulk upload / flat file templates
  • A+ Content Manager
  • Canva or similar tools for basic creatives (coordination level)

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 13 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon & Flipkart marketplaces.
  • Strong understanding of marketplace SEO, keyword research, and listing optimization.
  • Proven experience running and optimizing marketplace PPC campaigns.
  • Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills.

Good to Have (Added Advantage)

  • Experience with Shopify / D2C websites.
  • Exposure to Meta Ads or Google Ads (supporting role).
  • Understanding of SEO, digital marketing fundamentals, and CRO.
  • Experience coordinating product photography and creative assets.
