Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-orientedE-Commerce Executiveto support our online business operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who have a basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing products on e-commerce platforms (product listing, updates, pricing, and stock coordination).
- Support day-to-day operations for online marketplaces and brand websites.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, logistics, accounts) for smooth order processing.
- Monitor order status, returns, cancellations, and customer queries.
- Maintain and update product data, images, and descriptions.
- Assist in basic reporting related to sales, inventory, and performance.
- Support promotional activities, offers, and campaign execution.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in all online listings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree inEngineering / Technical background / MBA(preferred).
- Freshers are welcome;6 months to 1 year of experiencein e-commerce or digital operations is an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or similar).
- Fundamental knowledge of online product listings, pricing, and order flow.
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and basic data handling.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing or online sales processes.
- Familiarity with dashboards, reports, or inventory tracking.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
