This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-commerce Executive based in Noida. The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for managing online sales operations, including maintaining and monitoring e-commerce platforms, handling account management, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers. The role involves analyzing data to optimize performance, managing customer relationships, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and executing effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.

• Strong Analytical Skills to monitor e-commerce platform performance and identify areas for improvement
• Experience in Account Management and handling relationships with e-commerce platforms
• Proven Sales and Sales Management skills with a focus on online marketplace growth
• Team Management skills to effectively coordinate and lead cross-functional teams
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, tools, and trends is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
