E-commerce Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and technology-driven E-commerce Executive to support our Shopify operations and digital commerce initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing website updates, coordinating with cross-functional teams, leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance productivity, and ensuring the smooth execution of e-commerce projects.

This role is ideal for individuals who are highly organized, quick learners, and comfortable working in a fast-paced digital environment.

Key Responsibilities

Shopify Store Management

• Manage day-to-day Shopify store operations.
• Update products, collections, banners, landing pages, and promotional offers.
• Ensure product information, pricing, and website content are accurate and up to date.
• Support website merchandising and product catalog management.

Project Coordination & Execution

• Coordinate with designers, developers, content writers, and marketing teams.
• Prepare and communicate briefs for website creatives, campaign banners, landing pages, and product pages.
• Track project timelines, approvals, and deliverables.
• Ensure tasks are completed within agreed deadlines.

Website Operations & Quality Assurance

• Perform regular website quality checks to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Identify operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
• Monitor website functionality and maintain content accuracy.

Research & Analysis

• Conduct competitor research and market analysis.
• Assist with product research and campaign performance reviews.
• Support campaign tracking and reporting activities.

AI & Productivity Enhancement

• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar platforms to improve efficiency.
• Support content drafting, research, reporting, documentation, and process automation.
• Explore new technologies and recommend process improvements where applicable.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain project trackers, task lists, approvals, and documentation.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and status updates using Google Workspace tools.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and project documentation.

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

• Shopify
• AI Tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
• Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides
• Canva and/or basic Figma knowledge
• ClickUp, Notion, Trello, or similar project management tools

Professional Skills

• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong follow-up and task ownership capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Google Analytics (GA4)
• Familiarity with Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Understanding of Shopify Analytics and e-commerce performance metrics
• Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and customer journeys
