Job Purpose: An E-commerce Executive drives online sales growth, manages content across all platforms, and optimizes user experience to increase traffic and conversions. As an E-Commerce Executive you would be required to maintain product listings, analyze sales performance metrics, and implement digital marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and update product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing for accuracy, consistency, and appeal
- Use tools like Google Analytics to track metrics such as conversion rates, traffic, and ROI, creating reports to inform strategy
- Monitor customer feedback, reviews and ratings to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction and retention
- Improve search visibility through SEO and SEM techniques and handle technical troubleshooting of the e-commerce platform
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to oversee order fulfilment and ensure timely delivery
- Ensure that stocks are replenished on timely basis as per order requirement
- Analyse data and generate reports to track e-commerce performance, identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing and customer service, to execute online campaigns and promotions to attract leads
Education & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in mass media/ management studies or any related field.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in the e-commerce industry with a proven track record of driving online sales and achieving revenue targets
- Experience with platforms like Flipkart, Amazon, Ajio, Tata Cliq, Tata Luxury, Nykaa
- Strong skills in data analysis and trend identification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for content creation and team collaboration
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work efficiently and effectively within a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
- Good Knowledge about Excel (V-Lookup, H-Lookup, Pivot Table)
