Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Manage e-commerce platforms and websites to ensure optimal functionality, user experience, and security
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns to increase traffic and sales
- Create and optimize product listings with accurate details, descriptions, images, and pricing to enhance product visibility and conversion
- Analyze website traffic, sales data, and KPIs using tools like Google Analytics and Excel to identify trends and inform strategic decisions
- Coordinate with logistics teams to manage inventory and ensure efficient order processing and fulfillment
- Enhance the online shopping experience by addressing customer inquiries and resolving service-related issues promptly
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product management and graphic teams to align marketing and operational efforts
