We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Executive who has strong hands-on experience managing Amazon and Flipkart marketplaces.

The candidate should be comfortable handling day-to-day marketplace operations, listings, inventory, pricing, orders and overall account performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts

• Create and optimize product listings

• Manage product titles, descriptions, keywords, images and attributes

• Handle inventory and stock availability across marketplaces

• Monitor orders, cancellations, returns and refunds

• Manage pricing, discounts and marketplace promotions

• Work on Amazon and Flipkart account health

• Resolve listing suppression and marketplace-related issues

• Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, pricing, creatives and dispatch

• Monitor product ranking, sales and marketplace performance

• Analyze competitor pricing and listings

• Handle marketplace reports and performance data

• Participate in marketplace campaigns, deals and promotional events

• Work on improving product visibility and conversion rates

• Understand marketplace advertising and coordinate accordingly

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on e-commerce experience

• Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central

• Strong working knowledge of Flipkart Seller Hub

• Experience in product listing and catalog management

• Understanding of inventory, orders, returns and marketplace operations

• Good understanding of Amazon/Flipkart policies and account health

• Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets

• Ability to independently manage marketplace operations

Candidates who have actually managed Amazon and Flipkart accounts will be preferred over candidates with only theoretical e-commerce knowledge.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad.
