Position Details- Job Title: E-commerce Executive
- Experience: 1+ year (Liquid programming not mandatory)
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Work Mode: Work from Office only (Hybrid / Remote not applicable)
- Location: Pune JM Road
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Working Days: 6 days a week (Sunday off)
Role OverviewThe E-commerce Executive will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the brand's online store. The role focuses on driving sales performance, improving operational efficiency, managing website and inventory operations, and working closely with internal teams to enhance overall e-commerce growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain the Shopify / Shopify Plus store on a daily basis
- Handle website operations, including product uploads, content updates, pricing, and inventory management
- Monitor and manage order processing using Unicommerce Order Management System
- Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for revenue growth
- Perform ABC analysis for products, customers, and inventory
- Coordinate with logistics and fulfillment partners to ensure smooth order execution
- Work closely with the performance marketing team to improve ROAS, AOV, and overall revenue
- Support initiatives to optimize operational costs of the e-commerce platform
- Handle customer service queries across multiple channels
Required Skills & Qualifications- Minimum 1+ year of experience in e-commerce operations
- Hands-on experience with Shopify / Shopify Plus
- Working knowledge of Unicommerce OMS and its integration with Shopify
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with sales analysis, reporting, and website operations
- Exposure to marketplaces like Amazon, Myntra, Tata Cliq is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
