About the role:
We are looking for a smart and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and support our online marketplace and website operations. The candidate should have good knowledge of e-commerce platforms, product listing, order management, and coordination with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings on website and marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
- Upload product details, images, pricing, stock, and descriptions
- Handle order processing, tracking, returns, and cancellations
- Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch team for smooth order fulfillment
- Monitor inventory and update stock regularly
- Maintain product catalog and ensure accurate data
- Track sales performance and prepare reports in Excel
- Handle customer queries related to orders and products
- Coordinate with marketing team for promotions and campaigns
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of online platforms
Required skills:
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and marketplaces
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduate in any field
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations
- Experience in Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc. will be an advantage
