E-Commerce Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Ecommerce Executive who can manage day-to-day marketplace and website operations across Shopify and Amazon majorly with knowledge of other marketplaces too. The ideal candidate should understand cataloguing, product setup, listing hygiene, content optimisation, and be comfortable coordinating with internal teams for smooth execution.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace & Website Management

List and manage products on Shopify & Amazon (primary platforms).

Create new product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, bullet points, tags, and categories.

Update A+ Content, brand store pages, listing images, and enhanced brand creatives.

Upload/edit pricing, inventory, and attributes across platforms.

Maintain listing hygiene correct variations, fix errors, remove suppressed listings.

Catalogue & Content Operations

Coordinate with design/content teams to ensure product images, infographics, and creatives are optimised and updated.

Work closely to plan content improvements and ensure timely rollouts for sales, launches, and promotions.

Conduct basic copy improvements for listings to increase conversions.

Inventory & Operations Support

Track inventory levels across Shopify, Amazon, and warehouse inputs.

Support the operations team in ensuring correct stock mapping, reorder alerts, and resolving discrepancies.

Assist with creation and tracking of FBA shipments, inwarding, and inventory health checks.

Analytics, Insights & Reviews

Monitor product reviews & ratings; share insights to improve product pages and customer experience.

Identify top-performing and under-performing SKUs and support in taking corrective actions.

Share weekly listing performance reports BSR, impressions, CTR, and conversion trends (basic level).

General Coordination

Work with cross-functional teams design, operations, customer service, growth for smooth execution.

Ensure all listings stay consistent with brand standards.

Requirements

13 years of experience in ecommerce operations (Shopify + Amazon experience is a must).

Strong understanding of listing processes, cataloguing, inventory mapping, and marketplace workflows.

Good eye for product detail, aesthetics, and content.

Basic understanding of analytics; ability to read dashboards and reports.

Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.

Organised, proactive, and able to multitask across platforms.

Good to Have

Experience with Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, or other marketplaces.

Experience with A+ content creation coordination.

Basic knowledge of keyword research tools (Helium1, etc.).
