Job Summary
Daystar Solar is seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and optimize online sales channels. The ideal candidate will handle daily operations such as product listing, A+ content creation, SEO optimization, order & inventory management, pricing, payment reconciliation, campaign setup, GST reporting, return management, and claim processing on major e-commerce platforms.
Responsibilities
- Create, optimize, and manage product listings across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
- Develop and upload enhanced A+ content, product images, and descriptions.
- Perform SEO optimization for product ranking and visibility.
- Monitor daily orders, process dispatch, track deliveries, and manage returns.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels across platforms.
- Create pricing strategies, offers, promotions, and campaigns to increase sales.
- Monitor seller performance metrics and compliance guidelines.
- Handle payment reconciliation and coordinate with finance for settlements.
- Prepare and submit Monthly GST reports for marketplace transactions.
- Manage return cases, raise claims, and coordinate with marketplaces for approvals.
- Analyse sales reports, customer trends, and competition to drive growth.
Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech (Any qualification) / MBA Marketing / Any Degree
Requirements (What You'll Need)
- 12 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management.
- Knowledge of platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.
- Basic understanding of GST, invoicing, and payment reconciliation.
- Strong Excel skills for reporting and data tracking.
- Ability to coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and customer support teams.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently with accountability.
