The role involves supporting online store operations, managing product listings, handling customer service, processing orders and returns, conducting competitor research, and assisting with various e-commerce and marketing activities.

The ideal candidate should have experience in e-commerce, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and organization.

• Manage daily e-commerce store operations
• Create, update, and maintain product listings
• Handle customer inquiries and support requests
• Process orders, returns, refunds, and order updates
• Assist with marketplace operations and product management
• Conduct competitor and market research
• Support marketing and promotional activities
• Monitor website content and ensure product information is accurate
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve efficiency and productivity
• Provide daily work updates and task reports

• Experience in e-commerce or online store operations
