Job Title: E-commerce Executive (Catalogue Management)

Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused E-commerce Executive to manage and maintain the product catalogue for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the catalogue for the E-commerce website, and online markets.
- Interact with the image editing and CAD teams to ensure the correct images are uploaded to the website and marketplaces.
- Validate the catalogue and product correctness (product title, image, description and finer nuances) in the pre-production (Staging/Lower instance) environment before updating the data in production.
- Liaise with co-ordinators across different time zones and ensure the catalogue & inventory information is complete.
- Convert catalogue, pricing and inventory data into the application -specific format before updating the data on the website.
- Work closely with the content writer & SEO team before building the catalogue
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred)
- Proven experience in e-commerce, catalogue management or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to handle high volumes of queries and multitask effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools like Magento, Sales Force etc
