E-Commerce Executive

Job description

• Manage the Company's e-commerce operations and online sales channels to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Process customer orders, coordinate deliveries and ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Respond to customer enquiries, handle after-sales support and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate product information, pricing and inventory across online platforms.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare sales reports and identify opportunities to grow online sales.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Operations Teams to ensure efficient order processing and inventory availability.
• Support the development and implementation of e-commerce initiatives to enhance the Company's online business.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• GCE N / O Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce operations, including managing online marketplaces, processing customer orders and coordinating deliveries.
• Familiar with inventory coordination, delivery arrangements and after-sales support.
• Able to prepare sales reports and maintain in accurate sales and inventory records.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Well organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask independently.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
• Proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers and business associates.
• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license and able to assist with deliveries when required will be an advantage.
