Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update e-commerce platforms, product listings, and inventory.
- Monitor online orders, sales, and customer queries.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and product availability.
- Analyse sales performance and implement strategies to improve online sales.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of e-commerce platforms, product management, and online sales.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
