Job Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and drive operations across Amazon and Flipkart marketplaces. The role involves handling product listings, inventory coordination, catalogue management, campaign execution, and marketplace performance optimization to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and consistent sales growth. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with marketplace platforms, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams including warehouse, logistics, and marketing. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth of the brand's online business while gaining exposure to end-to-end e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

Marketplace Operations Management

• Manage end-to-end operations for Amazon and Flipkart marketplaces.
• Handle product listings, catalogue updates, pricing, and inventory management across platforms.
• Ensure listing accuracy, content consistency, and timely updates for all SKUs.

Catalogue & Inventory Management

• Create and manage listings for new, existing, and refurbished products.
• Monitor inventory availability and coordinate with warehouse teams to avoid stock-outs or overselling.
• Organize and optimize product catalogues based on categories, brands, and marketplace requirements.

Marketplace Growth & Performance

• Execute and optimize advertising campaigns on Amazon and Flipkart to improve visibility and sales performance.
• Monitor marketplace KPIs including sales, conversions, ROAS, impressions, and customer engagement.
• Identify opportunities for assortment expansion, promotional activities, and sales growth.

Order & Seller Operations

• Coordinate with logistics and dispatch teams to ensure timely order processing and fulfillment.
• Monitor seller account health, returns, cancellations, and customer feedback.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and operational standards.

Reporting & Analysis

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Analyze sales trends, campaign performance, and inventory movement to support business decisions.
• Provide actionable insights for improving operational efficiency and marketplace growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of marketplace operations, catalogue management, and inventory handling.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of marketplace advertising and campaign optimization.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience handling large product catalogues and multiple SKUs.
• Familiarity with inventory and warehouse management systems.
• Strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset.
