Job Title: E-Commerce Executive

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to expand our brand presence across various online marketplaces in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for registering our products on multiple e-commerce portals (beyond Amazon and Flipkart) and managing product listings to boost visibility and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Register and onboard company products on multiple e-commerce platforms (Meesho, JioMart, Snapdeal, BigBasket, etc.)
- Create, upload, and optimize product listings including titles, descriptions, keywords, and images.
- Manage product inventory, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor marketplace performance, analyze sales reports, and identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for stock updates, pricing strategies, and logistics.
- Ensure smooth order fulfillment and handle queries related to e-commerce portals.
- Track sales generated from each platform and report on performance metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in e-commerce operations or online marketplace management (FMCG experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of online marketplace operations and product listing processes.
- Hands-on experience with Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analytics.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and SEO for product listings.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently.
