About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Amazon Fulfillment Executive to manage daily dispatch operations for Amazon FC, Flipkart, and other e-commerce channels. The role involves coordinating shipments, ensuring timely dispatches, maintaining inventory accuracy, and working closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth and SLA-driven fulfillment operations.
Responsibilities
- Handle daily dispatch operations for Amazon FC, Flipkart consignments, and other e-commerce channels.
- Manage shipment creation and processing on the Amazon Seller Panel and Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for picking, packing, labeling, and dispatch activities.
- Ensure timely appointment booking and shipment handover to Amazon FCs and Flipkart hubs.
- Generate invoices, e-way bills, gate passes, and shipping labels.
- Track shipment status and resolve dispatch-related issues promptly.
- Maintain dispatch MIS and daily operational reports.
- Coordinate with courier and transport partners to ensure smooth movement of goods.
- Ensure inventory accuracy during dispatch operations.
- Handle RTV, damaged, short, and excess shipment cases efficiently.
- Follow FIFO practices and ensure proper inventory movement processes.
- Ensure all dispatches meet defined SLA and TAT requirements.
Required Skills
- Experience in Amazon FC and Flipkart dispatch process
- Knowledge of Unicommerce / WMS / ERP systems
- Good understanding of inventory and warehouse operations
- Basic Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP, Pivot, MIS)
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Preferred Experience
- 2–5 years experience in E-commerce warehouse or dispatch operations
- Experience handling Amazon FC appointments and Flipkart consignment dispatch
