E-commerce & Digital Marketing Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-commerce & Digital Marketing Manager at VOLUME. The person will be responsible for managing end-to-end campaigns across e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and Zepto, while working closely with clients and internal teams to drive brand reach, revenue, retention, and overall digital growth.

Responsibilities

• Support the brand and account teams in understanding client business objectives, revenue models, and marketing goals.
• Manage and execute paid digital marketing campaigns across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and other relevant e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.
• Develop campaign plans across Amazon Marketing Services (AMS), Google Ads/AdWords, Facebook/Meta Ads, Affiliates, Programmatic, and other relevant digital channels.
• Conduct consumer profiling, define target audiences, draw consumer insights, and map relevant digital touchpoints.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve business objectives such as reach, awareness, revenue, ROI, and retention.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign, digital, and business data to identify actionable insights and growth opportunities.
• Prepare campaign reports, performance reviews, analytics insights, and presentations for client discussions.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth campaign execution, timely follow-ups, and effective communication.
• Recommend e-commerce best practices and growth strategies to improve brand performance, visibility, sales, and market share.
• Stay updated on e-commerce, quick-commerce, paid media, consumer behavior, and digital marketing trends.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, e-commerce platforms, and internal teams.
• Groom and mentor colleagues and junior team members as required.
• Demonstrate ownership, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a proactive problem-solving approach.

Qualifications

• 5 years or more demonstrated experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, performance marketing, account management, or a related marketing role is required.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce and quick-commerce business models.
• Knowledge of platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and Zepto.
• Understanding paid media platforms such as Google Ads/AdWords and Facebook/Meta Ads will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good analytical and data interpretation abilities.
• Strong organizational and campaign management skills.
• Ability to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable digital marketing strategies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Collaborative attitude with a keen eye for detail.
